提高沙石泵气蚀性能的办法
减小几何吸上高度(或增加几何倒灌高度);
减小吸入损失(管路损失),为此可以设法增加管径,尽量减小管路长度,弯头和附件等;
防止长时间在大流量情况下运行;
降低介质温度(使液体饱和压力降低);
泵发生汽蚀时,应把流量调小或降速运行;
对密封容器中加压;
对于在苛刻条件下运行的泵,为避免汽蚀破坏,可使用耐汽蚀材料。
Methods to improve the cavitation performance of sand and gravel pumps
Reduce the geometric suction height (or increase the geometric backflow height);
Reduce suction loss (pipeline loss) by increasing the pipe diameter and minimizing the length of the pipeline, elbows, and accessories as much as possible;
Prevent prolonged operation under high traffic conditions;
Reduce the temperature of the medium (to reduce the saturation pressure of the liquid);
When cavitation occurs in the pump, the flow should be reduced or the speed should be reduced for operation;
Pressurize the sealed container;
For pumps operating under harsh conditions, to avoid cavitation damage, corrosion-resistant materials can be used.
